The Huaypo lake is located between the city of Cusco and the sacred valley of the Incas, to the northeast of the City of Cusco to 3507 above sea level and about 44 km of distance. The lake is surrounded by one of the best views of our glaciers like Salkantay, Veronica and Soray. Making this tour one of the most beauty in which you should not forget the camera.
The kayak in the huaypo lake is a practically new tour where you probably will not find many tourists like you and it is highly recommended for those who like water and paddling in the tranquility of nature.
In PsL Peru secret Land we have created this tour where you will have an incredible experience in the lake. Where you will always be accompanied by your guide. We also give you the option to choose the type of food that we offer in this tour and thus take an unforgettable experience.

Route:
Day 1: After a delicious breakfast at your hotel, your guide will pick you up at 8:30 am on a private bus. Depending on where exactly your Hotel ist can calculate the arrival time to the lake, but it is estimated that the travel time to the lake of the city of Cusco or the Sacred Valley is approximately 50 minutes.
On your way you will be able to appreciate a very nice panorama of the mountains of the Andes of this sector and how the people live in this area.
Once we get to the lake, exactly to our base station, the staff of PsL will be waiting for us in a tent with everything necessary for our activity. Our waiter will offer us something to drink and maybe something to eat. We will relax for a moment in this place made for you and to enjoy this beautiful panorama. Once we enjoy a refreshing drink when it is hot or a coffee or tea when it is cold, our guide will give us the talk about how kayaking works and our lake tour and safety.
Once finished this talk that will not last more than 10 minutes, we will be ready to enter to the water. They will be given the necessary equipment for the activity as life jacket, wind jacket, skirt for kayak and a rowing. (Depending on what you want to do, you will be have the necessary equipment)
Then we will enter the water all together and paddle the lake for approximately two hours appreciating some birds and fish of this crystalline lake and taking the necessary photos for a nice memory. Then we will return to our base after this nice tour. The PsL staff will be waiting with a luxury picnic, buffet or box lunch depending on what you have wished for your day. Our waiter and of course our guide will be serving you all the time.
In Psl we will also offer changers and private bathrooms.
Once you are satisfied and having enjoyed this picnic, we will return to the place where we picked you up, to your hotel.
