On this tour you will appreciate one of the wonders of the South Peru. Located northeast of the city of Arequipa Colca has amazing scenery, with it being the 2nd deepest canyon in the world, where we will appreciate not only beautiful views but also tradition and culture of some residents. We will spend the night at the home of local inhabitants and also in a hotel the second night, on the third day we return to the White City of Arequipa.

Route:
Day 1: After we pick you up at your hotel in Arequipa at 5:30 am taking direction to the Colca Canyon towards Cabanaconde. We will drive unil this town having amzings view. After eating our lunch we descend to 1357 meters in 4 hours along side the Colca River, where will share a view of amazing scenery. We will pass by the bridge until we reach the town of San Juan de Chuccho, on the road we will also enjoy beautiful panoramic views. There we will settle in and we will prepare for dinner, and spend the night in a house of locals from the village (2200 m).
Day 2: After we wake up and prepare for our trek we have a delicious breakfast made by the local of the place where we slept. After that 3 hours you will only scale up to reach the Oasis, along the way you will enjoy beautiful panoramic views along with vegetation and wildlife. Also you will see some villas where your guide you will tell you about the life of the inhabitants of these villages. In the Oasis you will enjoy a couple of hours of pool time to rest after lunch and continue the more difficult part of this tour, hiking up 1200 meters to reach Cabanaconde. This will be a good workout to for the Inka Trail. We will reach the top in approximately 3 hours. Then we will arrive at our Hotel where you will relax, enjoy dinner and be satisfied that you reached the summit.
Day 3: After getting up we will eat breakfast and take the transport one hour to the Cruz del Condor. Once there we’ll stay a time to observe the majestic Andian Condor and take time for photos. We then head to Chivay one of the most significant inhabitants during our tour. Here we will enjoy hot water spring of La Calera is 35 degrees Celsius or 95 degrees Fahrenhei. This will be great for your sore muscles. We return to Chivay where our lunch will be prepared, and in the afternoon we will return to the city of Arequipa approximately at 5 pm.
